After getting hooked with film photography via my skater friend cum Photographer Flanegan in Melbourne last year, i’ve always wanted to try to develop my own black and white photos.
After some savings and I have decided to start doing so.
So here are the sample of my Mamiya C330 with mainly 65mm wide angle lens and Lucky 100 film.

I wish i have more time to work with these cameras just like last time while i was still a student. unfortunately I got to work 6 days a week now and if I’m lucky to get a day off I’ll be going for camera hunt or visit friendly photographic supplier Vanbar or Michales Camera for a walk.
I have been saving up my Polaroid since I bought my first Sx70 last year. Since then I also bought many Sx70 and some Sonar Series.

My First Sx 70
There were some of them not usable and not functioning well. Then came The Impossible project which is bold enough to team up with Ilford and produced the new PX Silver Shade Series film.
Long waited for it and I have decided to purchase my order from them. All I can say is their response is fast and fast delivery too! They sent via DHL express which took only 3 days to reach Melbourne from their place.
Right after your purchase they will send you a order number while waiting for the credit card processed through. Once is done they will pack and ship it out ASAP and provide you with a tracking number to keep track your film.
3 days it took to travel half around the world and then ….. Viola~!
I have ordered TZ Edge Cut and couple of PX100 and 2 PX600

Last year, Flanegan showed me a website named tokyocamerastyle.com when he stay a night in my hosue before he goes back to Malaysia. In that website, there’s a camera caught our eyes which is the Gakkenflex TLR. This is a DIY toy TLR camera from a Japanese adult science magazine.
The moment i saw this camera I am hooked with it and try to search on ebay and found one at 60 AUD inclusive shipping.
it certainly took them 7 days to deliver the item, i was fascinated by the Japanese’s production is so well though off and the packaging are superb!
I will being you thorough the process from opening the box and my opinion about the camera.

Camera Collection
So far this is my camera collection. Somehow i often thinking to sell some of these and get a better rangefinder camera such as Bessa or Konica Hexar series. I will continue to work on this and hopefully i can manage to get a Leica in future. =P

Mamiya C330
After the Ballarat camera market, I picked up a good C330 body for just only $30, After a good clean and a good lightseal change, time to get this camera workhorse going. I’ve only managed to take a few shots from this camera due to its expensive cost of developing in the shop. But i have future plans to start a darkroom myself between this year, if everything goes well this year. =)

Mamiya C2 & C330
During my parents visit in Melbourne, I’ve took this camera out for a shot at my parents in Redhill framer’s market. and some shots at my sister’s wedding. Please not that I am not a pro photographer, I’m just interested in film photography. I just want to share my passion among others. And here are the pictures.
